Kim Bremmer is a graduate of the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communications, CARIMAC where she completed her undergraduate degree in Journalism. She resided on the Rex Nettleford Hall on Cluster 7 for 3 years and was actively involved in campus/hall life. While on campus Ms. Bremmer served in various capacities including choreographer of the Rex Nettleford Hall Dance Society and the UWI, Mona Guild of Students Humanities and Education Representative (2013/2014). Kim also planned and executed Miss Humanities and Education 2013 as well as Miss UWI, Mona 2014. She was also among the top 20 contestants of the Miss Jamaica World 2014 Beauty Pageant and went on to work with the Jamaica National Building Society (now Jamaica National Bank) in the Marketing and Brand Management Department where she was again given the opportunity to influence and inspire students through the Society’s aim to promote good savings habits. She launched her own talk show on GlobaledzRadio (NY) in September 2016 and soon after began working with the Wazzup Media Group (NY). She is a radio personality on WVIP 93.5 FM co hosting alongside Rexan, Dwayne D-Teck Grant, and she is also the face and host of Wazzuptonight.com. She was recently awarded for her Dedication and Commitment to Broadcasting at an honorary ceremony for the women of WVIP. Kim aims to not only be among the best in her field but to achieve this success while at the same time advancing the Dancehall/Jamaican culture and illustrating to those who she inspires that there is no limit to what you can attain. Once you’ve crossed paths with Kim Bremer you’ll never forget this experience as her vibrant and down-to-earth personality is undeniably one of her greatest assets.
